Colleena Sabatino mostly lives in Tucson, Arizona but is free to travel where her art takes her. She used to own a gallery in Tucson called Candelabra, but now she just focuses on her own art. Her mosaics are inspired by Isaiah Zagar of Philadelphia and Antoni Gaudí of Barcelona, and she continues to evolve her own style. Her tile stockpile is ever-growing with vintage and international tiles culled from thrift stores, as well as Talavera tiles from Mexico. She is mostly a self-taught artist; she has an M.A. in Humanities from Prescott College, with an emphasis in Performance Art. To inquire about commissions, please use the contact form.
